RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR CLOTHING
Exchange :
Request for exchange must be raised within 7 days of product delivery. Product must be unused and unworn and returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.
** An Uncut Unpackaging Video and Pictures of products with tags intact needed.
Return
Product must be returned to us within 7 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. Product must be unused and unworn and returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.

- If Refunds get approved, they will be processed within 7 days and further will be initiated/credited within 10-12 working days.
-In case of Prepaid orders through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 10-12 working days.
-For COD orders, refund against return will be given as in-store credits
Note: Return of an already exchanged product will not be accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- We endeavor to serve our clients with the best experience. We do not facilitate cancellation for products once placed. However, you can make an addition to your current order/exchange the product with the same value item till the time it is under pending pickup.
** RETURN POLICY FOR CLUTCHES
Following are the conditions where a Return Request can be initiated from customer’s end:
-Product received is damaged.
-Product received is different from the product which was ordered
Once the order is received make sure the product is unopened with the seal, price tag and product intact (making it fit for resale)
** An Uncut Unpackaging Video and Pictures of products with tags intact needed.
Return request cannot be processed for the following conditions:
-Any damage caused due to normal wear and tear,
-Improper usage
-Unauthorized Modifications made to the product
-Used Product won’t be accepted for a Return Request under any circumstances.
